Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, Alumni Hall accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of placing an order. Store credit will be issued for up to 60 days. Merchandise must be in its original condition unless defective or damaged, and must have the tags attached. All clearance sales are final.

Items purchased online may be returned to any store location. However, alumnihall.com cannot accept returns or exchanges of items purchased in-store.

Alumni Hall must receive the returned product before a refund, store credit, or replacement item can be issued. Please return the items in their original packaging with receipt along with any paperwork and accessories.
