Online Order Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love what you ordered but if for some reason you don't, let us know. We'll refund your money or send you a new size, another color or a completely different product.

Return your purchase using our easy mail return process number 2. We'll help your find the perfect replacement and you will not be charged the $5.00 return postage fee. Plus, your new items will be shipped at no additional cost to you. We'll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. Exchanges via mail must be received within 2 weeks of sending a label to guarantee the product you are exchanging for will be held.
2 easy ways to make a return for your online order with Alumni Hall:
1. Return the item(s) to an Alumni Hall store location nearest you:
Bring the item(s) with a copy of your bar-coded receipt and the credit card you used for the purchase to your local Alumni Hall store for reimbursement or Alumni Hall store credit. Initial shipping charge cannot be refunded.
2. Return the item(s) using a label from Alumni Hall (see fee details below).
Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
·The name/description of the item to be returned
·Shipping address for exchanges (if applicable)
·If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please describe.
You will receive a return label via email shortly. If you'd like a return label mailed to you instead, just ask! Pack the items in the original packaging. Print the label and affix it to the box over the pre-existing label. Please keep record of the tracking number for reference. Take the package to any UPS Store or UPS drop box for shipment.
The initial shipping charge will not be refunded. When you mail your purchase back to us using the process above, we'll also deduct a flat fee of $5.00 from your refund for return postage.
Online Return Policy Details:
- Alumni Hall accepts online returns and exchanges within 30 days of placing an order. Store credit will be issued for up to 60 days.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition unless defective or damaged, and must have the tags attached.
- All clearance sales are final.
- A copy of the bar-coded receipt must accompany all returns.
- A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at the address above.
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for merchandise.
